KingBennett joined Durk's Only the Family record label after his work with. In the end, he adopted the stage name King Von in order to start his career in music with his first single "Crazy Story," came out in December 2018. It topped the Billboard Hot 100 at number 81 and the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs Chart at 32. Also, it received million of YouTube views. In May , Von came out with "Crazy Story 2.0" it was the sequel song. This sequel features Lil Durk and is a remix of the first. The sequel/remix dubbed "Crazy Story 3.0" was made available in September.
